MoU Birth of the database against pedophilia
Italy will soon have a database combining all the information on the phenomenon of pedophilia in our area. The memoranda of understanding for the creation of this new instrument was signed yesterday by Minister for the Family, Internal Affairs, Justice and Reform and Innovation in Public Administration.
So it means that on 21 December 2007, Ministers:
Mrs Rosy Bindi , Mr Giuliano Amato, Mr Luigi Nicolais

This committee calls to the Ministers of integrate with the Protocol:
1. The inclusion of photos of pedophiles to be available to the public that the reasons for its request, will have free access to the database.
2. To inform the residents of the area where resides a pedophile (although at the time of issuance) with an "alert" to defend himself.
3. to enter mandatory for those who rent apartments, rooms and so on a certificate issued by the Police (or responsible office) where the applicant has to whether or not previous pedophiles. If so, you must be ABSOLUTELY information "to the neighborhood."
